Should you decide to proceed with leasing a unit, our rental application would need to be completed.

Copies of the following documents are to be submitted with the completed application:

  • Form of identification such as a State ID, Driver's License, or Passport
  • One month current payroll stubs
  • Two months current bank statements

A non-refundable application fee of $30.00 is required per application.
The application fee is credited back for those currently enrolled in the military with proof of documentation.

To secure a unit we require an executed lease and security deposit, equivalent to the monthly rate of the unit applying for.
Securement of a unit will be on a first-come-first-serve basis.

A lease will be generated after the approval of the application.

Please note that we do not accept any credit cards.
Acceptable payments will include the following:

  • Cash
  • Cashier's Checks
  • Money Orders
  • Personal Checks
  • Business Checks
  • Wire Transfers

The mailroom is located near the building's Bishop Street escalators in the main lobby (available 24 hours).
