A non-refundable application fee of $30.00 is required to process all applications.
Application fee is credited back to active duty military personnels with proof of documentation upon execution of a lease.
To secure a unit, we require an executed lease and security deposit equivalent to the monthly rate of the unit applying for.
Securement of a unit is conducted on a first-come-first-serve basis, on approved credit.
Leases are normally generated after application approval.
Sorry we do not accept any credit cards.

One of our staff members will schedule to meet with you in the main lobby of the building.
Our dropbox is labeled "4100" and is available 24/7.
The dropbox is located near the building's Bishop Street escalators in the lobby mailroom.
Place all documents and payments into an envelope and drop into the opening or slot.
